Our STORY
Our goal is to deliver the finest chocolate experience.
We handcraft and decorate every chocolate we sell, using only the best cacao and ingredients the industry has to offer., supporting local businesses at every opportunity. This ensures exceptional flavour on every bite resulting in a truly luxurious, decadent product.
Beginnings
We've always adored chocolates. However, the idea of becoming a chocolatier had always been a pipedream. That was until, Thomas, our head chocolatier, tasted the most delicious handmade chocolate whilst working abroad, and questioned why this quality of chocolate wasn't available at home.
The seed was planted.
Development
Fast forward a few years working in various jobs in the corporate world, the seed started to sprout and grow.
Initially, Thomas studied the science of chocolate making, which led to small scale production of chocolate for friends and family. The seed now a blossoming flower.
Of course there were doubts, but all we had to do was to taste one of our chocolates for the fire to be immediately rekindled.
Training
We had our product and we had our vision.
Determined to learn from the best, Thomas attended Barry Callebaut's Chocolate Academy in 2023, being taught by some of the best chocolatiers in the UK.
From bonbons to snack bars, truffles to easter eggs, lollipops to ice cream, advent calendars to spreads - our idea came to life.
Our Chocolates
All of our chocolates are meticulously handcrafted blending tradition with innovation, made with only the best and most ethically sourced ingredients the industry has to offer. From the finest cocoa beans grown abroad, to our perpetual support of local suppliers, we want our chocolates to be a celebration of flavour, freshness and sustainability.
Philosophy
Naturally, we want our footprint to be minimal. Our priority will and always has been to ensure our ingredients are ethically sourced, and our packaging 100% recyclable.
In our own little way, we'll continually strive to do better to protect our planet.
